Image removed.Uninsured: As America's poverty rate rises, so too do the numbers of uninsured, now up to 49.9 million Americans according to 2010 Census data, Don Lee reports for the Los Angeles Times.  The number of Americans living in poverty is now estimated at 46.2 million.
