Dr. Roberta G. Williams is a specialist in pediatric cardiology at the USC Keck School of Medicine and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Previously, she was the chair of pediatrics at the Keck school and vice president of pediatrics and academic affairs at Childrens Hospital. She earned her B.S. in zoology from Duke University and her medical degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She served as director of the echocardiography laboratory and medical director of the cardiothoracic intensive care service at Boston Children's Hospital.

Dr. Kelly Acton is director of the Indian Health Service Diabetes Program. She has worked in the Indian Health Service for more than 20 years. In 1981, Dr. Acton earned her M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and in 1996, her M.P.H. from the University of Washington. She is board-certified in internal medicine and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She has worked on the Crow and Flathead Indian reservations in Montana and the Cherokee Indian Reservation in North Carolina.

He is the former secretary of the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, former health commissioner (acting) and director of emergency medical services for the District of Columbia, former chief of emergency medicine at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Chris Van Gorder is president and CEO of Scripps Health, a nonprofit, integrated health care delivery system with five acute-care hospitals, Scripps Clinic, an ambulatory care network, more than 2,600 affiliated physicians, and a staff of 10,000. Van Gorder is board-certified in healthcare management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He also is a member of the California Hospital Association board of directors and immediate past chair of the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties.
