Yolanda Partida brings 25 years of experience in public and private health administration as national program director for Hablamos Juntos, an initiative that examines language barriers to health care for Latinos. She has worked with and on behalf of many different groups of underserved populations, including the uninsured, the U.S.-Mexico border population, and other ethnic communities.

Dr. Sandra R. Hernandez is chief executive officer of the San Francisco Foundation. Prior to becoming CEO of the Foundation, she served as the director of public health for the city and county of San Francisco. She is an assistant clinical professor at the UCSF School of Medicine and maintains an active clinical practice at San Francisco General Hospital in the AIDS clinic. Dr.

Dr. Michael A. Rodríguez is a Professor of Family Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA and Director of the UCLA/Drew Center of Excellence Summer Research Program.. An advocate for the underserved, Dr. Rodriguez has significant expertise in the principles of community based participatory research and the development of initiatives focused on improving the health and health care of individuals, families and communities.
