Dr. Greer has taught at the university level for eight years, in areas ranging from coaching to exercise physiology and nutrition. Her research interests include caffeine and creatine effects on high intensity exercise performance as well as childhood obesity. She obtained her Ph.D. from the department of human biology and nutritional sciences at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
