Jeffrey McCombs, PhD, is the Director of Graduate Studies at USC’s Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics, and an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Economics & Policy. McCombs joined the Dept. of Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy in 1987, and holds joint appointments in Gerontology and Policy, Planning and Development. He earned his doctorate in economics at the University of California-San Diego, specializing in health economics.
