Jayme Fraser

Jayme Fraser is an investigative and data journalist at USA TODAY. Her reporting and data analysis have spurred changes to state laws, amendments to federal policies, updates to hospital practices, and helped to free a man wrongfully convicted of murdering his infant son. Inside newsrooms, she has designed training programs, developed inclusive reporting policies and mentored emerging journalists. Fraser has taught at the University of Montana and for a variety of professional organizations. Her reporting has been recognized as a finalist for the Scripps Howard Award and the National Institute for Health Care Management Award, among others.
