Bakerfield's Dubious Honor: Worst Air Quality in U.S.

Environmental Health: Bakersfield, Calif., now has nation's worst air quality after wresting the dubious honor from Los Angeles, according to an annual air pollution study by the American Lung Association, Daniel J.
