Our organization retains full authority over its editorial content to uphold the best journalistic and business interests of our nonprofit organization.
The Center is committed to accuracy in our published reporting and content. We strive to verify key facts, quotes, and data before publication, provide appropriate context, and give key parties an opportunity to respond. When we identify a factual error, we promptly correct it. Significant corrections — or clarifications when appropriate — include an editor’s note explaining the changes and why they were made. Readers may report potential errors through the contact information provided below. When factual errors pertain to content originally published by partner outlets and republished on the Center’s website, we work with our Fellows and their outlets to investigate and correct those errors in a timely manner.
Our organization may consider donations to support the coverage of broad topics, but our funders do not make editorial decisions or dictate our editorial content or sources.
