Here's what we're reading and listening to today:

Nutrition: We don't need no stinkin' nutrition facts. Just let me eat my 845-calorie taco salad in peace, okay?

Health Reform: Seven states have a split personality when it comes to federal health reform, with one government agency suing to overturn the new health care law and the other claiming health reform's subsidies for covering state employees. Ooh, doublethink! Also, public support for health reform is falling, suggesting that President Barack Obama's recent roadshow to promote it isn't working out as planned.

Health Credit Cards: If your dentist offers you a health credit card to pay for your dental work over time, run away fast.

Grand Rounds: This compilation of the best medical blog posts is posted today at A Blog Around The Clock. Required reading!

Concussions: Ouch. Young athletes are suffering more and more concussions while playing team sports, according to a new study in Pediatrics. Also check out KPBS producer Hank Crook's recent work on concussions.
