Diane Anderson-Minshall is a journalist and author. She is CEO and chief storyteller of Retrograde Communications, modern editorial services and content development agency that produces Plus magazine (where she serves as Editor-in-Chief) and a website (HIVPlusMag.com). She's also the editor at large for The Advocate and executive producer of The T With Dr D. Her writing has appeared in dozens of publications including Esquire, Glamour, Passport, Bust, New York Times, and Natural Health. Formerly the editor in chief of Curve magazine, Diane also founded Girlfriends and Alice magazines. She's also written for numerous anthologies, published four fiction novels and co-authored the award winning memoir, Queerly Beloved: A Love Story Across Genders.
