I am retired after a varied career, usually involving writing of some kind (advertising, public relations, technical writing). I hold a bachelors degree in Journalism, a Secondary Teaching Certificate (French/English), and a Masters of Instructional Design. My last position was as an Instructional Designer at Raytheon Corporation, where I developed both web-based courses and instructor-led courses for service technicians working on General Motors vehicles.

Letter: Why do Republicans hate the ACA so much?

On vacation in Nashville, I talked to someone from Canada, and she said she couldn't get her head wrapped around the fact that we don't have universal health insurance in this country. Why is this so difficult, politically?
