<p>The size of a toddler, the organ damage of a 90 year old and the mind of a teenager.</p>

<p>She's on a mission to spread joy. Her lungs pretty much shot from complications of Cystic Fibrosis, Claire Wineland shares her feelings about possibility of dying young, and her committment enjoy every minute of whatever time she has.</p>

<p>Do your doctors always have your best interests in mind when they prescribe a new medication? A former pharmaceutical representative says not neccessarily. She's confessing sexy tricks she used to get doctors to prescribe her meds to more patients.</p>

Claire Wineland, a 13-year-old from Calabasas, has been battling Cystic Fibrosis since birth. After she slipped into a lung damaging coma in April, doctors told her she may soon need to go on the lung transplant waiting list.

Natalie Quijado, a remarkable 4th grader from Fontana, is a real-life "Little Miss Sunshine." The 10-year-old girl helps her neighbor Marina Carrillo, who suffers from Lupus and is raising an autistic child.

<p>2005 fellow Gerri Shaftel produced this report on one family in Stevenson Ranch who shared their experience of having a child with mental illness.</p>
