H1N1: We're now post-pandemic, according to the World Health Organization, which today issued a kind of "stand-down" alert. At least 18,449 people have died worldwide from H1N1/swine flu since the outbreak began in April 2009, according to the Associated Press.

Accutane: "The Mole" dermatology blog examines an Accutane side effects lawsuit involving the actor James Marshall, who says the acne medication derailed his once-promising career. We knew about some of Accutane's powerful side effects, but ulcerative colitis? Really?
