Controversial Abortion Ultrasound Requirement Becomes Law in Virginia

Abortion: Amid an uproar from women's advocates and health professionals, Virginia's Republican governor has signed into law a bill requiring abdominal ultrasounds for women seeking abortions in the state, Bob Lewis reports for the Associated Press. An earlier measure had required more invasive transvaginal ultrasounds.
