2017 "Country Doctor of the Year" Dr. Van Breeding  of Whitesburg, KY weighs in on how to treat patients when Medicaid is at risk. With nearly half his patients on the government's low-income health insurance, Dr. Breeding has added new titles to his M.D. - insurance expert, advocate and even a bit of politician - to help his patients get the care they need.
