Selena Ross is a Brooklyn-based freelance reporter who has worked at several Canadian newspapers and contributed frequently to The Washington Post, The Guardian and to This American Life. She has covered climate, energy, corruption and police, among many topics, and has won several Canadian awards for investigative reporting, including two Canadian Association of Journalists national awards.
