Tim Kautz

Tim Kautz is a Researcher at Mathematica Policy Research. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. His research interests include inequality, education, and human capital development. He has published several papers and reports about soft skills and co-authored a book about soft skills entitled “The Myth of Achievement Tests: The GED and the Role of Character in American Life.”
