One mom's story of recovery from postpartum depression plus resources

Laura Vollset, a Santa Cruz mother of twins, agreed to share her story of recovery from postpartum depression to encourage other mothers to see help. Speak Up When You're Down is the theme of an awareness campaign launched in May by a local task force concerned that stigma is keeping mothers from asking for help.
