Alexandra Obremskey

Medical Student

Alexandra (Allie) Obremskey is a student of medicine, public health, and health policy. Allie is passionate about health system innovations that drive health equity and quality improvement. Currently she is a third year medical student at the Keck School of Medicine of USC where she serves patients in the safety net healthcare system. Beyond her medical studies, she has engaged in local and national health policy as the founder of a Keck student advocacy group- Protect Our Patients. She was named a Student Innovator by the Gehr Center for Health Systems Sciences and is currently participating in health outcomes research with the Center. Prior to medical school, Allie worked with the Tennessee Department of Health and Children’s Nutrition Program of Haiti (Kore Timoun). Originally from Nashville, Tennessee she became a California convert when she attended the University of Southern California as an undergraduate. There she earned a B.S. in Global Health.
