Macy Yang is an editor with Hmong Daily News, a Sacramento-based digital newspaper that she founded in 2020. Hmong Daily News has been the platform for disseminating vital information to the Hmong community on issues like COVID-19, the Stop the Hate movement and extreme heat. She was in the 2023 Journalists in Aging Fellowship.
