Food Safety: More and more states are warning their residents to avoid Jensen Farms cantaloupes from Colorado in the wake of a listeria outbreak that has killed 13 Americans so far, Peter Mucha reports for the Philadelphia Inquirer. Meanwhile, Tyson Foods is recalling more than 130,000 pounds of ground beef over fears it might be tainted with E. coli. Yummy.

Health Insurance: American workers are paying more and getting less for their money when it comes to employer-provided health insurance, according to a new Kaiser Family Foundation study, N.C. Aizenman reports for the Washington Post.
