A President and CEO of a global nonprofit organization, Stephanie R. M. Bray has thirty years of experience in the philanthropic sector. She has served healthcare, higher education, and health and human services organizations in leadership roles in fundraising, program development, and grantmaking. Most recently, Stephanie launched a collective impact model to help move low-income families from crisis to thriving. This two-generation strategy has improved education outcomes for children in Title I schools in the Sacramento, CA region, and helped low-income families achieve financial stability. She is a sought after speaker and adviser on how to bring forward the power and autonomy of communities to create sustainable solutions and has collaborated on articles that address the role of philanthropy in addressing the Black maternal health crisis.
