Today is our final episode about food insecurity and hunger in the Camp Fire burn scar. We’ll be hearing from a researcher whose studied food insecurity after multiple natural disasters – and looking at what still needs to be done in our own backyard.

Our food insecurity survey is still open – so if you are a Camp Fire and you haven’t taken it, we ask that you please take a look at it to help us further this reporting. If you have a thought or comment for us you can leave it on our message line: 433-9216.

For Friday, July 3, 2020. This is special coverage from North State Public Radio.

This episode was produced as a project for the USC Annenberg Center for Health Journalism Impact Fund.
