Megan Myscofski is a freelance reporter with a background in covering health and politics at public radio stations in California and the Southwest. She previously worked as a statehouse reporter with CapRadio, where her work ran on public radio stations across California. Before that, she worked as a public health reporter at KUNM in New Mexico and a business and economics reporter for Arizona Public Media in Tucson. Across those three beats, she has covered housing, water, addiction and many other topics. Her work has been featured on NPR, Marketplace and German public radio outlet Deutschlandfunk. Myscofski holds a master’s degree in business and economics reporting from the Newmark School of Journalism at CUNY and a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature from NYU.
