Yucheng Tang

Yucheng Tang is a Chinese-English bilingual journalist. He works as a reporter for ChicoSol through the California Local News Fellowship. Yucheng’s English-language work also has appeared in The New York Times, the Associated Press, and Sixth Tone. He began his career as an investigative journalist in China. Yucheng holds an MFA from New York University and has experience in both local and international reporting. He was the recipient of the Overseas Press Club Foundation Scholar Award and the Foreign Press Correspondent Association Scholar Award.
