<p>This story resonates with almost everyone, since it deals with war experiences, imprisonment, caring for disabled family members (children), surviving hard times, making ends meet, determination, seeking health care/treatment for sensitive issues, cancer survival, immigration, acculturation, faith, etc.</p>

SAP-VN Mobile Care (in Vietnamese)

<p>TRỌNG TÂM 2012: GIẢI PHẪU CHỈNH HÌNH SAP-VN là một cái tên thân thuộc đối với nhiều tâm hồn dấn thân và những tấm lòng quảng đại tại Quận Cam và Hoa Kỳ. Với logo Thập Tự Xanh, Hội SAP-VN đã thực hiện hàng trăm dự án và nhiều chương trình sinh hoạt khác nhau, xoay quanh mục đích giúp đỡ những mảnh đời cùng khổ ở Việt Nam. Từ năm 1992, Hội đã thực hiện những Chương Trình Y-Nha Miễn Phí Di Động trên toàn Việt Nam, xây dựng các trường Mẫu Giáo và Tiểu Học, lập ra chương trình ẩm thực miễn phí cho trẻ em khuyết tật, cứu trợ nạn nhân thiên tai, giải phẫu sứt môi hay sứt mũi cho trẻ em, giải phẫu mắt cườm cho người già, và rất nhiều những chương trình bất vụ lợi khác. Tuy SAP-VN phục vụ đồng bào nghèo và khuyết tật trong nhiều lãnh vực y tế, nhưng năm nay, Hội chú tâm vào một mục tiêu chính: thực hiện 600 ca chỉnh hình hằng năm. Do đó, đêm dạ tiệc gây quỹ thường niên sẽ chỉ nhằm vào mục tiêu này. Từ năm 1993 đến nay, SAP-VN đã thực hiện tổng cộng 6,870 ca chỉnh hình, đưa ngần ấy trẻ em và gia đình của họ vào một đời sống mới, một cơ hội để cất bước.</p>
